Jaysus! I worked on this last night from 6pm to 5am! Goooood man. I was sooooo freakin' tired that I didn't want to post it till now in case I needed to fix anything.... Wow...
Aaaaanyways...

So Yeaaah! Soul's hoppin' over to this group as well!
Why's he look different than in PMDU? Cuz it's based off his younger, douche-bag-like, but still ghostly self.
(Plus, alternate dimension shit. duh. Hench the blood-thirstyness)
XD He's gunna be such a crazy douche...

And this is the second time I pair him up with an Ice type. But she's part Psychic too, so that's a thing! :D
I based her dress off of a tango dress... Just, couldn't draw those circle-y boob things XD

I also played around with Photoshop some more. That's why the shading on the characters look different than usual, but I like it! I may do that more often actually~

I'll probably add happy pictures and doodles to this later~ :I

Moveset
Move 1: Psychic
--Focuses on an object and snaps his fingers creating an aura around the object and lifting it into the air, in battle has the capability to toss an opponenet onto the ground. In spare time (or, possibly in battle to I guess) he can levitate himself a few feet above the air.

Move 2: Foul Play
--Breaks fourth wall canon, blowing a whistle and wearing a soccer referee's shirt. Zipping around the opponent and adjusting their posture in a way that, when returning back to normal, will cause them damage.

Move 3: Power Gem
--Places his hands, palms facing towards each other, in front of his chest. The gem on his chest begins to glow and bright gems of light appear between his hands. He then throws his arms outwards, sending the gems towards an opponent. Or, on his leisure, he'll conjure one up to eat to sate his hunger.

Move 4: Dream Eater
--Standing over a sleeping opponent, waves his arms over their heads (like a gypse with a crystal ball) and peers into the opponents head until he enters their subconcious. Streams of pink smoke seem to come off of the sleeping oppenent as he seems to move it towards him and consume them.

Personality:
Soul can come off as rude and insulting, even if he isn't aware of it, but he doesnt really care regardless. He likes to make a joke out of everything and has a large disregard for personal space. He'll make references to things without knowing it and likes to tap at the fourth wall a bit from time to time. Due to being an absolute, a lot of his habits seem to... lack courtesy and etiquette. For the younger folk, he can sometimes seem a bit intimidating or menacing, maybe even terrifying. Especially if he says something like 'You're so cute I could gobble you up'.
He doesn't mind making a friend or two... But it's not really a priority, besides. Who wants to hang out with him? ...Besides Amor...

Backstory:
[History is slightly abbreviated and quick drafted, will add more details and such later.]
Soul has been dead for a while, wanding in dark caves alone. His absolution kicking in a few decades in and his mind snapped. Though gems were a well-suited diet, he couldn't seem to help delve into the taste for flesh and blood. He build up quite a reputation in the cave... Making visitors scarce... Which only seemed to drive him crazier.
He lost count of how long he'd been living his afterlife, but it never been that important to him... Especially with the thrill of the occasional hunt!
Eventually a young Jinx wandered through, and after a hard defeat, Soul seemed to come back to some of his senses... He isn't quite sure how he ended up leaving his cave with her, but they seemed to form a team of sorts, learning a set of moves that could help support the other.

--Sings an enchanting, elegant toon that lulls an opponent to sleep.

--Getting into a readying stance, she awaits her approaching opponent before countering their moves and flipping them onto their backs.

Move 3: Blizzard
--Holds her hands out and concentrates, conjuring up a snowstorm, she throws her arms towards the opponent, sending the blizzard of snow at them.

Move 4: Taunt
--With a flirtaseous attitude, she gives a few words of 'encouragement' to get her opponents to come at her.

Personality:
Mel is a strong, confident mon. She seems to follow a certain rythm with everything she does, the way she walks, talks, and fights. She stands tall and proud. And although she can sometimes appear a bit vain, she does have a good sense of humor and be quite nice once you get to know her.
Melody is also a tad bit flirtaseous, and doesn't mind hanging out with a guy or two...or twenty, but only hates it if they come off too strong or worse... desperate. If she asks you to dance, you've definitely hit it off on a high note with her... Just be sure to try and keep up.
